Festive cooking is often thought of as a heavy, rich fare, designed to keep our bellies full in these cold, winter days. But is there a place for the delicacy of classic French pastries around the table at this time of year? Soyoun Park is a pastry chef at one of France's most celebrated cooking schools, Le Cordon Bleu. She tells us what quintessentially French desserts we could whip up this Christmas.
