Back in 2013, the streets of the Venezuelan capital were filled with jubilant crowds who had turned out to see Nicolas Maduro sworn in as their new president. But six years on, a political, social and economic crisis has taken its toll; a crisis that many say Maduro's government has sparked, or at the very least handled incompetently.
