France unveils details of digital tax

The French government has announced more details of its plan to impose a tax on the digital revenues of tech giants. Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire is presenting the proposal to the cabinet this Wednesday. France is pressing ahead with the levy, despite a failure to win EU-wide support for the measure. Also today, Goldman Sachs becomes the latest bank to relax its dress code for staff.
