UK outlines import tariffs in case of 'no deal' Brexit

The United Kingdom has announced what tariffs it will apply to imports if it leaves the European Union without a deal. The plan will see 82% of imports from the EU escape tariffs, but there will be levies on most meat and dairy imports, as well as on finished cars.
