Venezuela: Maduro regime is aware that arresting Guaido is a 'red line'

Venezuela's former permanent representative to the UN, Diego Arria, was a fierce opponent of Hugo Chavez: he filed charges against the former president for crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court in 2011. Arria tells FRANCE 24 that the situation in his country is growing more and more tense as the stand-off between embattled leader Nicolas Maduro and self-declared president Juan Guaido drags on amid a deteriorating economic situation.
