This week's debate concerns the biggest country in the world, the second-largest economy, and the European Union's second-biggest trading partner. It's also a country that's coming under suspicion over accusations of state-sponsored spying and the theft of trade secrets. We're talking, of course, about China. What kind of relationship should the EU and its member states have with China and Chinese companies? And how suspicious should they be?
