The world's largest election has kicked off in India: some 900 million people are eligible to vote, that's roughly 10 percent of the entire world's population. The election is seen as a referendum on incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi and whether Indians approve of his recent policies. Sanam Shantyaei explains what's at stake.
