Dozens die in heavy flooding in South Africa
Dozens are killed along Southern Africa's eastern coast in the wake of heavy rains that caused landslides and severe flooding. Protesters prepare for a million-man march on Thursday to show the military council that they will not give up until power is handed back to a civilian administration.
