In tonight's edition: Peace talks reconvene between the Sudanese government and rebel groups. Both sides are expressing hope that a deal could be reached in the next two weeks. Also, protesters in Algeria demand Thursday's presidential election be cancelled, vowing to boycott the vote. They were met by anti-riot police who charged the demonstrators. And South Africans continue to face power cuts, as the state utility firm scrambles to repair flooded facilities. President Cyril Ramaphosa has stepped in to demand urgent action.
