This week, we're going back to school to talk about how France handles bullying, which affects some 700,000 French children every year. It starts early, with the highest figures recorded at primary school. There, an estimated 12 percent of children say they've been bullied. In middle school and early high school, the serious bullying only grows, before subsiding as children near graduation. Understanding the mechanisms of bullying can go a long way.
