Mali pays tribute to former dictator Moussa Traoré with state funeral

Former Malian dictator Moussa Traoré is laid to rest with members of the ruling military junta among those present at his state funeral. Traoré died earlier this week at the age of 83. In Cameroon, an appeals court upholds life sentences for 10 anglophone separatists, including Ayuk Tabe, leader of the self-declared state of Ambazonia. They had been sentenced last August on charges that included secession and terrorism.
