PSA & Fiat Chrysler agree plan for mega motor merger
Carmakers PSA and Fiat Chrysler have agreed a plan to merge in a move that would create the world's fourth-biggest player in the industry. PSA owns brands including Peugeot and Opel. The two companies say it will be a "50/50" deal, with the new combined entity headquartered in the Netherlands. Also today, Boeing says that up to 50 737 Next Generation planes have been grounded after cracks were discovered in a part of their wings.
