FRANCE 24’s culture team was supposed to be at the Cannes film festival this week, the highlight of our cultural year. So we decided to mark the 73rd edition of this amazing event ourselves with a trip down memory lane and a look at all the years we’ve been covering Cannes, including interviews with Stephen Spielberg, John Travolta, Robert DeNiro and Aishwarya Rai and a visit to Cannes – the ghost town.
