Ernest Hemingway said that if you are lucky enough to live in Paris as a young person then wherever you go, it stays with you because "Paris is a moveable feast". His memoir of life in the French capital in the 1920s has now become one of the symbolic items used in memorials for the victims of the Paris terror attacks.
