Covid-19: EU's Paolo Gentiloni calls for 'coordination' in reopening borders

Paolo Gentiloni, a former Italian prime minister who is now the European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, discussed the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Europe.
