14 killed as extremists storm Libya's election commission

Over a dozen people are killed in a double suicide attack on Libya's electoral commission in Tripoli. Also, a Paris court begins hearing an appeal by two former Rwandan mayors. Octavien Ngenzi and Tito Barahira were sentenced to life imprisonment over the 1994 genocide.
