At least 47 dead in Kenya dam collapse

Emergency workers in Kenya are in a desperate race against the clock, hoping to find survivors after a dam burst its banks. Fierce floodwaters have wiped out entire villages and left at least 47 people dead. Also, an organisation for abandoned, mixed-race children in the Democratic Republic of Congo is hoping to reunite them with the foreign fathers they never knew. And Tunisia may soon have its first female mayor - Souad Abderrahim could make history after winning local elections in Tunis.
