Confusion and impatience after election in Zimbabwe

Impatience is growing in Zimbabwe as vote counting is still underway, a day after the country held its first presidential election without Robert Mugabe. Also, Tunisia has agreed to take in 40 migrants who have been on a ship that had been blocked from docking in the port of Zarzis for two weeks. Finally, former rebel leader Jean-Pierre Bemba is expected to arrive in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Wednesday.
