Central African Republic peace talks stall over amnesty for militias

In tonight's edition: As peace talks between Central African Republic officials and armed groups continue in Khartoum, the negotiations appear to have hit a hurdle over warlords' demands for amnesty. Also, ongoing instability in the central region of Mali has led to communities struggling to find enough to eat. And Ganvié is Africa's largest lake village but despite its idyllic setting and appeal to tourists, most locals see little benefit from the money brought in by visitors.
