Rwanda accuses Uganda of supporting rebels

Relations between Uganda and Rwanda took a turn for the worse on Tuesday as Kigali accused its neighbour of supporting rebel groups trying to topple the Rwandan government. Also, Senegal sticks to the familiar as President Macky Sall is re-elected for a second term. And across Africa, many traditions are disappearing, but archives of traditional rituals are resurfacing and seeking a new home.
