South Africa votes in test for Ramaphosa's ruling ANC party

Polls close in South Africa's national election. The vote is a test of the faith of the electorate in the ruling ANC party of President Cyril Ramaphosa. Also, Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj has met with France's President Emmanuel Macron in Paris as he continues his tour of Europe in search of allies. And protesters in Sudan accuse the country's military rulers of stalling efforts to hand over power to a civilian administration.
