South Africa elections: Turnout at its lowest since end of apartheid

Vote-counting is still underway in South Africa. The ruling ANC party takes a strong lead, despite the lowest voter turnout since the end of apartheid. Also, demonstrators continue their month-long sit-in outside army headquarters in Khartoum. We hear from our reporter on the ground. And Tunisia is struggling to cope with the arrival of refugees from Libya amid fighting there.
