Ethiopia presses plan to return displaced people after violence

We hear from the Ethiopian ambassador to France about his country's plans for tackling ethnic violence that has displaced millions and overshadowed wide-ranging reforms. Also, Africa's free trade zone takes effect. It's a first step towards creating what the African Union hopes will be a continent-wide market of more than one billion people worth $2.5 trillion. And two years after he died in Belgium, the remains of former DR Congo opposition leader Etienne Tshisekedi are repatriated.
