NGOs say French group Total failed to address impact of Uganda oil project

Crowds pay homage to Ethiopia's army chief, who was killed in Saturday's attacks on top officials. The government has described the killings as a failed coup. And French petroleum giant Total is under fire from environmental groups. They say the company has failed to account for its social and environmental responsibilities for an oil project in Uganda.
