In tonight’s edition: Sudan's new prime minister Abdallah Hamdok has called for the establishment of a vibrant democracy as he and the country’s new ruling sovereign council is sworn in after three decades of authoritarian rule. Following a months-long diplomatic dispute, the presidents of Rwanda and Uganda sign a pact in Angola putting an end to hostilities. And Nigeria marks three years without the endemic wild polio virus.
