Colombia’s Cardenas on striking peace deal with FARC: ‘A matter of months’

Negotiations between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have now lasted for over three years in Havana. The signing of a peace accord could take place already this summer. We speak to Mauricio Cardenas, Colombia’s finance minister, about the prospects of striking a sustainable deal.
