The murky world of arms-dealing: Fears for Middle East instability amid record weapon sales

French officials are celebrating another major arms deal with the sale of 30 military helicopters to Kuwait. The two countries are also fighting together in the coalition against the Islamic State group. Meanwhile, a Saudi-led coalition has recommenced airstrikes in Yemen after the collapse of UN-brokered peace talks. With billions of euros expected to be spent on weapons this year in the Middle East alone, some are warning that it's fuelling serious tension in an already unstable region.
