Dutch Uber drivers claim victory in court case

A Dutch court has ruled that Uber drivers in the Netherlands are effectively under an employment contract and should not be treated as independent contractors. The decision is a blow for the ride-sharing firm and its gig economy model, although it plans to appeal.
