Fear of regional war grows after Eritrea is hit by Ethiopian TPLF forces
Ethiopia's federal government announces it's taken a key town in Tigray as it continues its advance on the rebel region's capital. Over 25,000 people have reached Sudan after fleeing the violence. Meanwhile, the conflict is now spilling over the border into Eritrea. Over the weekend, TPLF forces fired rockets into the Eritrean capital, accusing the country of siding with Ethiopia's federal government. Plus, Burkina Faso prepares to head to the polls this Sunday.
