Incumbent Museveni takes early lead as Uganda vote count continues
In Uganda, with a third of ballots counted, President Museveni has 65 percent of the vote while opposition candidate Bobi Wine is on 27 percent. Meanwhile, Wine says the military have taken over his home. In CAR, some 60,000 people have fled since a coalition of rebel groups launched a series of attacks there. The rebels are protesting the result of last month's presidential election. Finally, pirates in the West African region kidnapped 130 seafarers in 22 separate incidents last year. We speak to Michael Howlett of the International Maritime Bureau, who's authored a report on piracy.
