Chile votes in a fiercely contested presidential run-off. The two candidates are former president and conservative billionaire Sebastian Pinera and socialist candiate Alejandro Guillier, a senator and former TV presenter. Appealing for another chance, Pinera addressed crowds saying, "I want to end this speech by asking for forgiveness and giving thanks." Pinera pledges to boost wealth by cutting corporate tax rate and halting the tax, labour and education reforms started by outgoing president Michelle Bachelet. Meanwhile, Guillier has said that Chile is at a crossroads. “We are talking about defining a cause for Chile,” Guillier he said. Both fighters are engaged in the fight to win over voters.
