'We will further reconsolidate our self-defence of nuclear deterrents,' says N. Korean minister

North Korea slammed fresh UN sanctions imposed over its missile tests as an "act of war" on Sunday, its first response to the latest diplomatic move to punish Pyongyang's ever-accelerating weapons drive. "We will further re-consolidate our self-defence of nuclear deterrents aimed at fundamentally eradicating the US nuclear threats, blackmail and hostile moves by establishing the practical balance of force with the US," said a North Korean minister.
