Inter-Korean summit: "there is a risk for the US... to be left out of the game"

South Korea''s President Moon Jai-In says Pyongyang is willing to shut down a key missile test facility in the presence of international experts. The announcement came after Moon met his North Korean counterpart for a two day summit, focused on denuclearisation. Kim hailed the agreement as a "leap forward" towards peace. The pair also discussed plans to join up railways, work together on healthcare and seek to host the 2032 Olympic games.
