California wildfires: rain makes rescuers' work more difficult

The wildfires that have rocked California are nearly contained thanks to the work of thousands of firefighters and the first real rain fall in months. The Camp Fire in Northern California burnt down thousands of homes and left at least 83 people dead. Close to 600 more are still unaccounted for and search teams are looking through the ashes for remains. But the rain that helped stop the fires is also making the rescuers' work more difficult.
