France "yellow vest" movement: "Someone is going to have to blink"

France's president is considering the postponment of a two day trip to Serbia that was supposed to start on Wednesday. And as Paris cleans up from what the mayor calls the worst Saturday of rioting in half a century, the french prime minister has been meeting with leaders across the political spectrum. This is ahead of another attempt by Edouard Philippe to sit down with representatives of the "yellow vests", the leaderless movement that has been protesting for 17 days and counting, sparked by fuel tax hikes.
