A massive fire in an apartment building in the affluent 16th arrondissement (district) in western Paris killed at least 10 people and injured around 30 others in the early hours of Tuesday, according to French authorities. The fire on the upper floors of the building in rue Erlanger in southwestern Paris is the most deadly in the capital since 2005. Authorities believe the blaze may have been deliberately set. Police have arrested a 40-year-old woman with a history of mental health issues who was a resident of the building. FRANCE 24's Alison Sargent has more.
