While thousands of people took to the streets for renewed protests in Venezuela, hundreds of others decided it was finally time to hit the road and head off the greener pastures.The economic crisis has led to a steady trickle of people leaving the country to seek a better life elsewhere, particularly in neighbouring Colombia. In recent years it's estimated that over three million mostly young people have fled from the oil-rich nation that was, for a long time, among the wealthiest in Latin America, as FRANCE 24's Alexander Aucott explains.
