Close to 250 migrant children have been taken out of a remote border patrol station in Texas after reports came out about squalid conditions there. Lawyers said they saw toddlers without diapers being cared for by unrelated older kids in detention, sleeping on concrete floors, with no soap or tooth brushes, and very little food and water.
