EU Border force Frontex accused of violating human rights of migrants, refugees

The EU border force Frontex has been accused of violating the human rights of migrants and refugees. The German broadcaster ARD and the British newspaper The Guardian allege that guards at the EU's external borders used dogs, pepper spray and batons to keep people out, violating their right to seek asylum. Frontex denies the allegations. Yuka Royer has more.
