French president calls for "improved ethics" after police violence incidents caught on film

French President Emmanuel Macron is calling for his government to put forward concrete proposals to improve the ethics of the police force. It comes as the French security forces have been facing accusations of using excessive force since the start of Yellow Vest protests last year. Until now, the French government had refused to discuss police violence, but as Alison Sargent reports, the change in tone comes after a series of recent incidents caught on film.
