New prime minister appointed in Iraq

A new prime minister has been appointed in Iraq... Mohammad Allawi was a communications minister twice and resigned twice - accusing the government of corruption each time. He now has 30 day to put together his Council of Ministers, with the various political factions demanding that their candidates be chosen. The next month looks set to be full of political wranging in Baghad... and anti-government prostesters are already back on the streets.
