France's government unveils final adjustments to ease coronavirus pandemic lockdown

France’s Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announced the easing of lockdown measures to fight the coronavirus pandemic, which are particular for each region. The regions of Mayotte and Ile-de-France, which include Paris and its surroundings, are particularly under surveillance for the number of Covid-19 cases “is higher” than in the rest of the country, Philippe warned. The government also announced “really strict rules” concerning public transportation.
