UN diplomats confirm Russian paramilitary troops are fighting in Libya backing Gen Haftar

After reports first emerged saying troops from a Russian paramilitary organization are fighting in Libya, United Nations diplomats now confirm these reports, adding they are backing Eastern Libya’s strongman Khalifa Haftar.
