France’s government to outline ‘Marshall plan’ to save country’s internal tourism

The French government is set to unveil and outline its “Marshall plan” to restart and save the country’s tourism by inciting the domestic tourism, as extra-European borders are set to remain closed until further notice. French tourism industry represents 7.2% of the country’s GDP and 2 million jobs, which were seriously hit by the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown measures, as FRANCE 24’s business editor Yuka Royer reports.
