France protests against treatment of ambassador to Venezuela, left without water or electricity

France’s Foreign Ministry expressed its firm condemnation of the treatment of its Venezuelan embassy, left without electricity or running water, summoning the Venezuelan ambassador to France. “We could think this is part of Caracas daily problems, but as the ambassador’s residence was also simultaneously left without gas or running water, it seems this is a deliberate move by the Venezuelan authorities, to no doubt”, FRANCE 24’s chief foreign editor Robert Parsons explains.
