After a surprise decision, US Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump ‘must hand over records to New York prosecutors’, inflicting a defeat to the President. These documents should be able to be analysed by the Senate and the Democrat-dominated House of Representatives, but the Supreme Court has blocked its transfer to the latter. “These decisions are little bit of a win and a little bit of a defeat”, France 24’s Washington correspondent Kethevane Gorjestani reports.
