Paris nightlife faces renewed restrictions as city teeters on brink

Paris is edging closer to becoming a deep red zone for coronavirus infections. The French capital has at least 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, and 100 cases per 100,000 are people aged over 65. For the maximum alert classification the city must also have 30 percent of ICU beds occupied by Covid-19 patients, which might soon be the case.
