France to require negative PCR test upon any plane arrival amid surge in Covid-19 cases

While European governments are struggling to curb the spread of the coronavirus and the three mutations that appeared in the UK, South Africa and Brazil, French President Emmanuel Macron said that all arrivals by plane must provide a negative Covid-19 test before entering the territory, including from other EU countries. France has also tightened restrictions on mask wearing amid warnings that the country could once again go into full lockdown if there is no curb in Covid-19 cases.
