Myanmar military coup: China says working to promote 'return to normal'

The UN's top human rights body held an urgent session on Friday to discuss the military coup in Myanmar, facing a call for the release of people “arbitrarily detained” and more action by U.N. officials to increase scrutiny of the country. Traditional allies of Myanmar's military, including Russia and China, slammed Friday's session as interference in "Myanmar's internal affairs".
