France: Controversial health pass takes effect as fourth wave hits

In France, the number of new infection has risen to 21 thousand - the highest figure since May. That news comes as the health pass came into effect on Wednesday. Under the new rules, people need to present proof of vaccination or a negative test to visit a museum or cinema. France 24's French politics editor Marc Perelman tells us more.
